History of Life is Beautiful
This event was first introduced in 2013 as a three-day festival, and since then it has grown annually. The festival has always been able to attract huge acts, including The Killers and Kings of Leon when the event debuted in 2013. Since then, some of the biggest acts in music have graced Life is Beautiful stages, including Kanye West, Stevie Wonder, and Chance the Rapper.
In addition to global superstars, the festival also showcases up and coming acts, giving them a platform to present their exciting new sounds. Over the last seven years, the festival has presented a variety of acts, and these “learning” performances have included Pussy Riot and Penn and Teller.
As the festival has grown, so has its wider mission. Due to the cancellation of the 2020 festival as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the organizers have sought to increase their community involvement by supporting local businesses and people.
