At the north end of the Las Vegas Strip, the Resorts World Las Vegas is currently under construction. The venue is a luxury space that will cost $4.3 billion once fully complete. The venue is not set to open until next year but efforts are being made to prep the property, including selecting their casino gaming system management partner. Konami Gaming has now been hired to provide the much-needed services for the gaming venue.
SYNKROS System
Resorts World Las Vegas should open by the summer of next year and will have a casino space that is 110,000 square feet in size. With the new partnership via Konami, the venue will be using the SYKROS gaming technology system. This option will allow the property to streamline gaming operations as well as manage and optimize their offering effectively.
Resorts World will actually be the first property on the Strip to use the suite of tools provided by Konami via the SYNKROS option. The system will provide the casino with essential tools for marketing, tracking and communication, all intertwined to enhance player engagement via tailored incentives to the individual.
Detailed reports and analysis will be offered regarding the casino, in real time, which will help to optimize performance. Slot and table game operations can be managed via the system along with accounting needs.
The partnership will also include Konami and Resorts World working together to improve the player experience with benefits offered. Such options will include the management of mobile accounts, bonus rewards, loyalty options and cashless wagering.
Scott Sibella, the president of Resorts World Las Vegas, commented on the new partnership with Komani by stating that they look to reinvent the hospitality experience in Las Vegas by enhancing their service measures and increasing customer engagement. The SYNKROS system will allow the brand to contact casino visitors in real time and provide the most personalized experience imaginable.
A Luxury Experience
All eyes are on the new Resorts World property in Las Vegas as it will be the latest addition to the Strip, managed by the Genting Group, a hospitality and gaming group based in Malaysia. When the property is open for business next year, they will feature a hotel with 3,500 guest rooms along including penthouses and luxury villas.
The large casino of the property will include table games, slot machines, a poker room and private gaming areas. There will also be a high limit section. For food and beverage needs, over 200,000 square feet of space is being set aside.
Additional amenities of the property will include over 70,000 square feet used for retail need with 28 shops onsite. An even larger space of 350,000 square feet will be dedicated to meeting space. A large pool space, entertainment zone and theater are also in the mix.
For now, it seems the property will be ready to open by summer 2021. We will continue to monitor their progress and see what comes to pass during the next few months as the construction process continues.
