The WSOP Online Circuit will start its summer series this week, with 18 events and over $1 million in total prize money on offer. There are plenty of events to take part in and the WSOP is also offering promotions to bring players in to compete. There are 18 gold rings on offer, one for each event. There is also a $10,000 Series Leaderboard option, with the series running from June 10-27.
Get in on the Action
The Circuit will begin on June 10 with Event #1, a NLH Big $500 Kick-off tournament with 3x Re-entry and an 8-max format. The event has a prize pool of $75,000 guaranteed. The next day, take part in Event #2, a Limit 08 or Better 8-max 3x reentry option. This event has a smaller guaranteed prize pool of $40,000.
If you are looking for bigger action, there are plenty of $100,000 events to choose from. Event #6 offers this prize pool with a High Roller event. Event #10 also gets in on the $100,000 action with an NLH Double Stack 2x Re-entry tournament. There is also a Super High Roller and an Ultra High Roller event on the schedule offering the same prize money.
If you want to compete in the biggest event on the WSOP Online Circuit Summer schedule, then the final event is what you are looking for. Event #18 is the Main Event, featuring a $250,000 prize pool. This tournament has a 3x re-entry option with an 8-max format. The buy-in to take part is $525.
As you play in WSOP Online Circuit events in Nevada or New Jersey, points are earned based on the position of cashout in each event. Players are then ranked on a leaderboard based on point levels. The $10,000 Player of the Month leaderboard will apply to this series with the top 10 players from gold ring events earning tickets to tournaments.
The winner of the leaderboard will gain an entry into the Year End Championship event which has an overall prize pool of $250,000. This is also a gold bracelet event. The top ten players also receive an entry into the $25,000 freeroll.
