How to Qualify for the WSOPC St Maarten Main Event
Starting next Wednesday (August 2), Intertops Poker will be hosting Step 1 and Step 2 qualifiers for a Satellite Final tournament on Sunday August 13 that guarantees a minimum of one St Maarten package.
- Step 1 qualifiers have a buy-in of $3.30 and take place at 2:00am, 8:00am, 2:00pm and 8:00pm (all times EST) each day. Each qualifier guarantees a ticket for a Step 2 qualifier.
- Step 2 qualifiers will be held each day from Thursday August 3 at 7:00pm. These can be bought into directly for $11.00 and guarantee a ticket for the Satellite Final tournament.
- The cards are in the air for the Satellite Final tournament at 8:15pm on Sunday August 13. Players who have not qualified via the Steps route can buy-in directly for $110.00.
Alternatively, players can leave their qualification until the last minute and play in a “Last Chance Wild West” satellite on Sunday August 13 at 1:00pm. The satellite has a buy-in of just $2.20 and the “Wild West” theme of the satellite is attributable to it being a hyper-turbo satellite with rapidly rising blinds and multiple re-entries allowed.
