Intertops Poker is giving players plenty of reasons to hit the virtual felt this month with multiple events being added to the regular tournament schedule.
The summer promotions get underway today (1st July) with a one-off Mixtape tournament and the start of the Might Midgets tournaments. The more valuable Roller Skate Jam Series starts on Saturday and runs each Saturday until 27th July. Tonight Only: $500 Guaranteed Mixtape Tournament
On 1st July 1979, Sony launched the Walkman. The world´s first portable media player cost $150 at the time (about $500 when adjusted for inflation) and it paved the way for the more discrete (and cheaper) media players we use today. To celebrate the fortieth anniversary of the portable cassette player, Intertops is hosting a special Mixtape tournament tonight with an appropriate $500 guarantee.
The re-buy and add-on NL Texas Hold´em event gets underway at 5:30pm (all times ET) with sixty minutes late registration. It has a direct buy-in of $8.80 and prior to the event, the site will host two freezeout NL Texas Hold´em satellites (at 11:10am and 4:10pm), which each have a buy-in of $1.10 and which each guarantee two seats into the target tournament.
Starts Today: Mighty Midget Daytime Tournaments

Get Your Skates on for Saturday´s Roller Skate Jam
The third of Intertops Poker´s summer-themed promotions for July is its Roller Skate Jam series. These $2,000 guaranteed re-buy and add-on NL Hold´em tournaments take place each Saturday evening throughout July – getting underway at 7:00pm and having ninety minutes of late registration, during which time up to 99 re-buys are allowed.
The Roller Skate Jam tournaments have a direct buy-in of $33.00, but you can qualify for free via a freeroll satellite at 10:05am each Saturday morning which guarantees one seat in the target event. Intertops Poker will also be hosting a $3.30 buy-in satellite each Saturday afternoon at 2:05pm which also guarantees one seat in the target event.
