GGPoker is an online poker network that continues to grow, adding more players and additional gaming options. Over the past few weeks, the network has changed up their weekly Multi-Table Tournaments, MTTs, to offer even more value to players. Along with including new formats, the platform is providing more guaranteed prize money.
MTT Changes
GGPOker first began making changes to daily tournaments including the Bounty Hunters and Daily Turbo, among others. Last week, the brand decided to change up their Sunday schedule, expanding the guaranteed prize pool tournaments. The new major lineup for Sunday via the platform now offers $2 million in guaranteed prize money.
The cash is spread across 174 events, with tournaments running every 15 minutes. The tournaments offer a wide range of buy-ins, which helps players of all bankrolls to compete. Buy-ins start at just $2 and go as high as $5,000. Events will include such options as turbos, progressive knockouts, freezeouts and more.
Stand-Out Sunday Options
A few events stand-out more than the rest on the Sunday schedule. The GG Masters is one such event, offering an amazing $300,000 in guaranteed prize money. It is the biggest event on the weekly schedule and has a low buy-in of $150. There are no re-entries offered for this event.
Additional events on the Sunday schedule that players look forward to including the Main Events. This option runs several times a day with buy-ins starting at $22 and going as high as $250. Each of the events offers a five-figure total prize pool with the options starting at $12,000 and going as high as $65,000.
For high rollers, the schedule offers a High Roller Bounty Warm-Up which has a $210 buy-in and $100,000 in guaranteed prize money. There is also another $100,000 event on Sunday, with a buy-in of $500.
For a larger prize pool, the schedule includes a Phase tournament with a $250,000 buy-in. This event is offered several times a day and has a buy-in of $250.
In general, the buy-ins are relatively low when you consider the prize money up for grabs. The Sunday tournament schedule is sure to keep players coming back to the platform week after week to compete.
Players will also find that GGPoker is offering satellites to the Sunday tournaments. Qualifiers run 24/7 with a total of 300 on offer. With so many satellite options, players will have an easy time finding a way to qualify for one of the Sunday events.
Additional Tournament Changes
On top of the Sunday tournament changes, GGPoker has also announced a change to their Chinese Zodiac events. This is a special tournament that caters to players based in Asia. Buy-ins to this event are listed in Chinese currency. Every day, 18 events are on the schedule, offering a ton of guaranteed prize money.
On this schedule, the platform offers a Zodiac Main Event along with Zodiac Rat and other themed tournament options. The events are fast-paced so players can easily take part in multiple events per day if they choose.
