It allows MGE to operate the gaming space inside of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, which are going to open their doors very soon. These hotels are actually a part of Curio Collection owned by Hilton. Right now, all it takes is to complete their construction, and MGE needs to obtain a license that is provided by the Nevada Gaming Commission.
Mario Kontomerkos is the chief executive officer for Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment. He stated that MGE’s alignment with Virgin Hotels Las Vegas will extend the company’s growth and reach, as they will enter into the legendary city of Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world.
Moreover, Kontomerkos added that all people who visit the venue, no matter where they come from, will have an “extraordinary guest journey” that only the alliance between MGE and Virgin is able to deliver.
The strategic alliance between the two brands will definitely be a puff of fresh air in Las Vegas, as MGE still has to leave a trace on this city and show its residents and visitors its amazing offer.
