Chance Kornuth Lists His Las Vegas Mansion for $3.5 Million

Chance Kornuth is a talented poker player who has won over $800,000 as live tournament earnings in 2022. He has won three bracelets in the past, founded Chip Leader Coaching, and currently plays in the World Poker Tour (WPT) Choctaw Main Event. Still, he is aiming for a bigger score.

Nevada's real estate market has listed Kornuth's mansion for $3.5 million as it overlooks the Las Vegas Strip. The Los Angeles Times was the first to report the listing, and it stated that the $3.5 million asking price is more than twice what Kornuth paid for it in 2018.

It is a cozy two-story home that is near the Southern Highlands Golf Club a few miles south of the Vegas Strip. The property was completed in 2019, and Kornuth upgraded it with high-end amenities and custom accents across over 6,000 square feet.

Kornuth Is Trying His Luck on the Market

Some poker enthusiasts thought that Kornuth would display his home on MTV Cribs' special poker professional episode. It has seven baths, a rooftop deck, and six bedrooms. The deck overlooks the Las Vegas Strip, thus making the home awe-inspiring.

The mansion has other amenities like a stone fireplace, a huge kitchen fitted with pro-style appliances, a four-vehicle garage, an interior catwalk and balcony, a wine-storage closet, and a wet bar, according to Ivan Sher of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties' listing.

The listing states that the home perfectly blends with natural surroundings as it sits on a half-acre. Its private entry courtyard has a fireplace which doubles as an open-air living room. The space increases around someone once they walk inside the two-story building.

The home's photos show that it has a huge exercise room, a long red-brick driveway, and an outdoor deck with clear views of Nevada's desert cliffs. PokerNews ascertained that Kornuth owns the home by liaising with the Nevada Secretary of State Business Registration. It includes filing for CLC Staking Fund LLC, which listed Kornuth as its manager.

The poker pro filed to form the limited liability firm in 2018 and indicated his home address was the Southern Highlands property. A Florida registry for Chip Leader Coaching shared the same address.

The Poker Pro Is Focusing on the WPT Main Event Title

This year has been great for Kornuth, even if he won't manage to sell his home by December. He won several back-to-back tournaments at PokerGO's Stairway to Millions and won a total of $132,240. Yet, the poker pro finished third in WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown's $25,000 buy-in High Roller and won $522,571 after several months.

These results seemed not to have satisfied Kornuth as he was slightly less than getting $10 million as total live poker earnings. The Hendon Mob states that he has the second-highest stack at the WPT Choctaw $3,800 buy-in Main Event's final table in which the winner will receive $486,600.

The final table will play at the Luxor's HyperX Esports Arena on May 26 in Las Vegas. Its lineup includes Kristen Foxen, James Mackey, and Ray Qartomy.
