Even though Caesars Palace in famous Las Vegas is currently closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, their sportsbook made a big announcement on Thursday. Caesars Sportsbook released the win totals for every NFL team, opening up the futures betting market.
Of course, there is a chance that the NFL season could be suspended or canceled if things do not improve, but Caesars has made their projections based on a 16-game schedule in 2020.
FanDuel has also released its 2020 NFL win totals, and even though many of the numbers are the same, there are some differences. Here is a complete list of NFL win totals provided by FanDuel with some of the notable projections.
- Arizona Cardinals 7.0
- Atlanta Falcons 7.5
- Baltimore Ravens 11.5

Chiefs, Ravens Both Sit at 11.5
The Baltimore Ravens led the NFL in wins last regular season, while the Kansas City Chiefs are the defending Super Bowl champions. Both teams will be battling it out for supremacy in the AFC, and both teams feature dynamic young MVP quarterbacks.
Kansas City seems to be in an easier division in the AFC West, while the Ravens will have some tough competition in the AFC North Division.
Saints, 49ers Appear to Lead Crowded NFC
The New Orleans Saints and the San Francisco 49ers are both projected for 10.5 wins by FanDuel, which puts them at the top of the NFC. The Saints were champions of the NFC South a season ago but were ousted in the first round of the NFL Playoffs. San Francisco won the NFC before ultimately falling to the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl.
Bucs, Patriots Both Sit at 9.0 Wins
FanDuel is also offering a prop bet giving bettors a chance to pick which team will have more wins in 2020, Tom Brady’s former team (Patriots), or his new team (Bucs). The Patriots are still considered to be the favorites to win the AFC East, although this will be the first time in 20 years that head coach Bill Belichick does not have Brady. The Bucs should be improved with Brady leading the way, but the NFC South Division is tough.
Redskins, Jaguars at the Bottom
FanDuel has the win totals for the Washington Redskins and Jacksonville Jaguars sitting at just 5.0 wins, which is the lowest in the league. Both teams had very disappointing seasons in 2019, and they didn’t make many improvements in the offseason.
The Cincinnati Bengals and the Carolina Panthers are both just ahead of these two teams, with both currently listed at 5.5 wins for 2020. The race for the No. 1 draft pick in 2021 could be very interesting this season
It is important to note that FanDuel has noted on all future bets that each team must play a total of 16 regular-season games for this bet to take effect.
