The responsible gambling program was created by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. The program is heavily used in Massachusetts by the commercial casinos and the state’s Gaming Commission.
While the BetMGM app is just now adding the program, MGM Resorts is very familiar with how GameSense works. The company began using the program back in 2017 and quickly expanded the option across several properties.
MGM Casinos have added touch screen devices within its properties and players can use the screens to access GameSense data about their playing time. M Life Rewards players have access to the program and often use it to learn more about how responsible they are with gaming.

Guests of MGM properties and BetMGM can now use the tool to understand the risk of gambling as well as where to find help and how to keep having fun in a responsible manner.
