The Main Event is one of the larger tournaments on the schedule, featuring a $320 buy-in and a $75,000 guaranteed prize pool. This event is sure to see a lot of action as players tend to lean towards competing in the Main Event of any series.
Another large tournament on the schedule is the Phased $25,000 GTD. This is a No Limit Hold’em affair with a $10 buy-in. This event will have eight starting flights, one taking place each day of the series. Because of the many starting flights, it would not be surprising to see a large turnout which could lead to an increase in the prize money awarded. The Day 2 of this event will not play out until June 7th, which is the last day of the series.
Players can choose to keep playing in the $10 starting flights to reach Day 2. Or, they can choose to pay $535 and buy-in directly to Day 2.
This partypoker US Network Online Series comes just after the site offered a similar option earlier in the month. Just over 5,300 entries were placed with more than $350,000 provided over a total of 21 events. This new version is sure to be just as successful.
