This Sunday Intertops Poker is hosting an event with a $3,500 Millionaire Maker package up for grabs. To date, just two players have qualified for it.
Last month [geolink href=”https://www.usafriendlypokersites.com/millionaire-maker-package-grabs-intertops-poker/”]I brought you the news[/geolink] that Intertops Poker was running a promotion that would award the winner with a $3,500 package to the Millionaire Maker event at the World Series of Poker. The promotion consisted of a two stage “steps” qualification process followed by a final, which could also be bought into directly for $110.00.
Last month´s promotion was so successful the site decided to run it again. However, with competing Intertops Poker promotions running at the same time, qualification for the final has been much slower this time around. To date, just two players have qualified for it. Furthermore, an excellent opportunity exists tonight to qualify for the final for just $9.90.
How the “Vegas Mili Maker” Promotion Works
Each day at 4:20am, 4:20pm, 6:20pm, 8:20pm and 10:20pm (all times EST), Intertops Poker runs a Vegas Mili Maker Step 1 sub-satellite feeding into a daily Step 2. The sub-satellite is a re-buy and add-on NL Texas Hold´em tournament with a buy-in of $3.30 and needs a minimum of five players to start.
The daily Step 2 satellite is played at 7:50pm. This can be bought into directly for $9.90 and is also a re-buy and add-on NL Texas Hold´em tournament. The Step 2 satellite guarantees a minimum of one seat in the “Vegas Mili Maker” Final, but it needs four players to get underway.
An alternative method of qualification for the Final is the $1.10 buy-in Last Chance Wild West Satellite on Sunday at 4:10pm. The reason for the satellite being called Wild West is that it has a turbo structure, but players start with only 500 chips. This is also a re-buy and add-on event, and awards the winner a seat in the Final.
The Final takes place on Sunday evening, provided that six players have registered by the scheduled start time of 7:50pm. This too is a re-buy and add-on NL Texas Hold´em tournament, with up to 99 re-buys allowed during the two hour late registration period. At the end of the tournament, the winner will be awarded a package to the Millionaire Maker event at the World Series of Poker that consists of:
- The $1,500 buy-in to the WSOP Millionaire Maker from June 10th to 14th.
- Six nights´ accommodation for two at a top class hotel near the Rio.
- $500 towards travel expenses paid into the winner´s account.
Tonight´s Step 2 Only has Four Players Registered
At the time of writing this article, only four players have registered for tonight´s Step 2 satellite (the winner of which will receive an entry into Sunday´s $110 buy-in Final). There are still a couple of Step 1 sub-satellites to play today (provided they start), and undoubtedly a couple of players will enter at the last moment or during the fifty minutes of late registration.
Nonetheless there promises to be only limited competition from stopping you qualifying cheaply for Sunday´s final, which – even with a stack of re-buys allowed – is still likely to fall well short of the thirty-five players it needs to avoid an overlay. Please note, if you qualify for Sunday´s Final vial tonight´s Step 2 qualifier, you have to play in the target event. There are no exchanges or refunds allowed.

On Sunday, somebody will win a package to the WSOP Millionaire Maker and be in with the chance of winning a million dollar first prize in June. Will it be you?
