Intersect Music Festival Starts In Vegas — Foo Fighters Headliners

A new music festival is coming to Las Vegas. Music lovers from all over the world will have an opportunity to enjoy a two-day event that will take place on Dec. 6 and 7. The festival will be located at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, which is located at the corner of Las Vega Boulevard and Sahara Avenue.

The entire festival will not only be focused on music, but also on various light shows and other exciting attractions located on a sensory playground. Innovative art, arcade, megastructures, and many other interesting things will be there to boost entertainment to the next level!

According to the website, the festival is not actually interested in focusing on a specific music genre, hence the name Intersect. They wanted to make an intersection between various genres and other art forms. In fact, they are interested in telling stories and bringing musicians who inspire the world rather than dividing music into genres.

Apart from music, you will be able to witness some great works of art as you walk through the festival premises. Visionaries from all over the globe will bring their digital art, interactive experiences, and innovative pieces that visitors will have an opportunity to explore.

As previously mentioned, there will be plenty of activities you can take part in, such as dodgeball, arcade, giant ball pit, and more.

Finally, all visitors will have a unique opportunity to taste local gourmet cuisine, including options for vegans and vegetarians. Needless to say, the festival will offer a couple of bars where you can taste the latest craft cocktails and other drinks.

However, Intersect is a music festival above all, so let’s get back to that part!

The Lineup

The festival will be headlined by one of the greatest rock bands at the moment — Foo Fighters. However, the festival will not only be focused on rock music, and you will have an opportunity to listen to other performers such as Kacey Musgraves, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, Beck, Chvrches, Brandi Carlile, Flying Lotus (3D), Gesaffelstein, Jamie xx, H.E.R, Kaytranada, Leon Bridges, Thundercat, Spoon, and Unknowns Mortal Orchestra.

The best thing about the festival is that the lineup is still not complete, meaning that additional artists will be added to this list. Therefore, if you plan to visit Vegas in December, make sure to keep an eye on the updates for the festival, as some familiar names might pop up on it.
The festival will start at 3 pm and end at midnight both on Friday, Dec. 6 and Saturday, Dec. 7. The minimum age for entering the festival is 18.

When it comes to tickets, you can already obtain them via Ticketmaster. Make sure to buy them as soon as possible, as the price will go up as the date of the festival approaches. All tickets are two-day tickets, meaning that you cannot buy a ticket for a single day of the festival. Therefore, if you plan to go there just to listen to one artist, make sure to stay two days at least — it will be worth it!

Once you buy your tickets, Ticketmaster will begin shipping wristbands in November. You will have to use the wristbands to enter and exit the festival premises.

To sum up, if you like Foo Fighters or any of the artists mentioned above, make sure not to miss this unique opportunity to enjoy the festival filled with various art forms and interesting entertainment. It will offer a unique experience that you can find nowhere else in the world, and it is definitely worth checking out.
